ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Heath Murray State Insurance Agency is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn conversations into long-lasting customer relationships. As an office representative, we will give you the tools and resources to learn insurance products and industry trends that will equip you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

Compensation: $33,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
